Q1. What kind of events do you do slideshows for?
- Any and all. Whether it be a way to capture all the highs from your baseball teams winning season or to catalog a lifetime of memories for your wedding day, we will proudly produce a slideshow that fits the style and tone of your particular event.
Examples of occasions where slideshows are commonly utilized: Weddings, Anniversary and Birthday Milestones, Team Sports and Club Parties, Company Gatherings, Bar and Bat Mitzvah's, Social Networking sites, and Ceremonies of tribute, paying an individual or group homage and respect.
Q2. How do I get my pictures to you and how will you know what order they are should go in?
- Depending upon whether your pictures are printed or digital you can send your photos in a number of ways. For Digital Photos, the photos can be uploaded to our site. For hard copy photos go ahead and send them to us directly, we will take care of the rest by scanning them into a digital format.
Q3. Can we add video footage to our slideshow?
- Yes, we can add video footage to your slideshow. The key is how long the video is and the crispness of the video. Drop us a line we will help you figure out your options.
Q4. Do I need to scan my old photos in myself?
- Why? MementoTree can do it for you. We have special equipment to handle scanning old photos and produce a quailty digital image. Send us your old photos and we will do the rest. We promise to protect them with our lives!
Q5. How long should my slideshow be? #of photos
- A typical slideshow should run no longer than 10mins. It will all depend on the specific occasion and the number of photos you would like to have featured and can range from 45-80+ unique photos. Talk to us, we can recommend just the right number.
Q6. How do I send you my music selections?
- Just let us know which song and who it is sung by and we will take care of the rest. Having trouble picking a song? Visit www.pandora.com, this site will allow you to listen to a variety of different artists for free. Happy listening.
Q7. How do I play my slideshow for my particular event?
- 4 items are essential to playing a slideshow at a particular event. 1) Projector, 2) Speakers, 3) Computer/DVD player and 4) Screen. Are you missing any of these items? See below we may be able to help. Of course don't forget the power source!
Q8. Can you produce interactive, social networking sites?
- Your wish is our command. We will work with you to understand your particular needs and deliver a solution which integrates with any social networking site platform. What are you waiting for give us a call!
Q9. What if I dont have a projector, screen, or computer?
- No problem, we can help assist and rent out the different items. Let us know what you are missing and we can get you what you need.
Q10. What is the normal lead time you need for a slideshow to be produced?
- Depending on the number of photos and template a slide show can take roughly 2 weeks to produce from receipt of the photos and end product. We highly recomend planning a 3 week timeline, 1 week for sending the files and picking your design template and then 2 weeks for our teams to produce the slideshow. If you find yourself already beyond these desired timelines contact us as soon as possible and we can see what we can do to help you out.
